Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler says he can’t be sued over his relationship with the 16-year-old

You Can’t Resist Me On Diary…

Our 16 year old relationship is our reality!!!

Stephen Tyler Re-shoots the woman suing him for allegedly sexually assaulting her 50 years ago when she was 16… claiming she couldn’t use his diary as a weapon in court.

Legendary Aerosmith frontman says his accuser, Julia Holcombhe should not be able to use his diaries in which he discussed the relationship decades later to sue him for willfully causing her severe emotional distress.

Remember… Julia sued Stephen in December, accusing him of sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional emotional harm.

Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor

She claims he had sex with her for the first time when she was 16 and he was 25, got her pregnant when she was 17 and forced her to have an abortion.

In new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Steven claims Julia’s alleged distress in 2011 was not a result of his memoirs published that year, in which he used a pseudonym to describe their relationship from Tyler’s perspective, but rather from Star Magazine. An article published months before the release of his memoirs.

Tyler says he deliberately didn’t mention Julia by name in his diary when he wrote about them having sex back in the day, and says she had no problem using their relationship to promote herself in the media.

What’s more, Tyler says she waited 11 years to sue him after his memoir was published…and he says she’s barred from suing him for intentional emotional distress because of a two-year statute of limitations on such allegations.

Tyler also claims that his memoir is a vessel for sharing his own experiences from his “life newsworthy”…and says her claim of IIED is prohibited by the First Amendment.

We got to Camp Julia… So far we haven’t responded.
