Tuesday morning it will go out of business and close all its stores.
Items are marked for up to 30% off the lowest ticket price, according to the discount home goods retailer.
Gift cards will be honored through May 13th.
Merchandise purchased before April 28th can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the receipt.
Selected fixtures, furnishings and equipment will also be offered for sale.
The company said stores would begin closing in the coming weeks.
The out of business sale follows news that Bed Bath & Beyond will be closing businesses including 360 Bed Bath & Beyond stores and 120 buybuy BABY locations. Bed Bath & Beyond, whose efforts to turn it around have failed, recently stopped accepting coupons.
Tuesday Morning filed for bankruptcy for the second time in three years, a chain dedicated to bargain hunters. Its first bankruptcy was filed in May 2020 during the COVID pandemic.
