Jon Bon Jovi aspires to become a father-in-law.
The Bon Jovi singer confirmed her son Jake’s recent engagement to actress Millie Bobby Brown during an appearance on The Andy Cohen Live Show on Tuesday.
“Mili is awesome. “Her whole family is amazing,” Bon Jovi told Cohen. “Jake is very, very happy.”
Brown hinted at her engagement to Bon Jovi’s son Jake, born Jacob Hurley Bongiovi, in a soulful Instagram post last month.
In the photo, Bongiovi, 20, has his arms wrapped around Brown, 19, on the beach. The “Stranger Things” star wore a beautiful ring on her engagement finger as she hugged her boyfriend.
“I’ve loved you three seasons now, baby, I want them all,” she captioned the post, referencing the lyrics to Taylor Swift’s hit song “Lover.”

Bongiovi shared photos from the same beach shoot, captioning it, “Forever.”
When asked if he was worried about his son marrying in his early twenties, Bon Jovi told Cohen it wasn’t his concern.
“I don’t know if age matters if you find the right partner and grow together,” Bon Jovi said. “That would be my advice: Growing up together is wise. So, I think all of my kids have found people they think they can grow up with, and we love them all.”
The “Stranger Things” star and Bongiovi turned Instagram official in November 2021 after sparking romance rumors in June 2021 when they were seen holding hands in New York City. The couple later made their red carpet debut at the 2022 BAFTAs.
Bongiovi also defended his fiancée on the occasion of her 19th birthday in February. “Another year around the sun together happy 19th to the girl of my dreams,” he captioned her Instagram.
The Sweethearts actor added, “I love you more than words can describe. Everything about you is gone to the core.”
