Kylie Jenner just couldn’t make it into a packed Met Gala

Tongues were wagging in the early hours after the Met Gala when Kylie Jenner was spotted leaving the party hosting Richie Akiva, Doja Cat, and Diddy in the box before she could enter.

“They wouldn’t let her in,” said one of the witnesses. “They locked the door because he was overcharged.”

Another source tells us when Kylie arrived after midnight to meet her sisters Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny — who were already inside — but there were over 100 people clamoring to get through the door, causing a “chaotic scene.”

We were told Kylie was a welcome VIP and we waited for her to be escorted to the party through a side door – but she got out of her car before the organizers were ready for her arrival.

“She got out of her car prematurely,” says the source. Then she decided to go home because she didn’t want to be at a crowded party. You rarely go to clubs.

Another source tells us they also saw Janelle Monae — who performed on top of the bar during a fancy party in the Boom Boom Room earlier — and “Gossip Girl” star Evan Mock walked away because the door was locked to capacity.

Another source says: “Crowds rushed at the door several times.”

We heard that about 200 people have been turned away from Hajar.

The cops even showed up at one point and didn’t get in but rather helped manage the crowds and keep the street clear.

While another tells of the scene, “At 6 a.m., there was a line of limousines and SUVs on the street.”

Among those lucky enough to be in are Gisele Bundchen, Emily Ratajkowski, Mary J Blige, Lil Nas X, Paris Hilton and Anna Wintour’s daughter, B Carrozzini.

Also at the party: Naomi Campbell was hanging with British Vogue editor Edward Enninful while Jared Leto strutted around the giant cape of his Choupette cat costume.

Comedian Chris Rock hit the dance floor, and Teyana Taylor gave a surprising performance.

A spy, who also told us, said the waiters dressed like Met Gala honoree, Karl Lagerfeld.
