Lord of the Rings: Gollum Devs Apologize for ‘Underwhelming’ Release, Announces Incoming Bundle

Daedalic Entertainment has apologized for the disappointing launch of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum and is currently working to fix the issues with the game.

At Daedalic, we understand that the success of a game depends on the enjoyment and satisfaction of its players.

Daedalek continued: “Our development team has worked hard to address the bugs and technical issues that many of you have encountered. We are committed to providing you with patches that will allow you to enjoy the game to its fullest potential.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum released May 25, 2023 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S. Nintendo Switch version is currently in development.

The game received harsh criticism for its buggy quality, muddy graphics, and mediocre gameplay. On IGN’s The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, we said, “The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is full of lackluster hacks, bad platforming, and a pointless story that does little to justify why anyone should take the time to play it.”
