A disappointing update for those who have been waiting Midnight from Marvel to get to the Nintendo Switch. This release is “no longer planned,” according to. In other words, Firaxis and publisher 2K canceled the Switch port.
This may not come as a huge surprise, given the extra time Firaxis has already needed to get the PS4 and Xbox One versions ready. Both of these consoles are much more powerful than the Switch and it may also be the case that the extra work required to run the game on a Nintendo console was ultimately not worth it. On the plus side, the Xbox One and PS4 versions will drop on the same day as the game’s fourth expansion.
